We are the controller of personal data collected through this website and during the course of our engagements.
This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients, clients, and anyone who corresponds with us. We collect only what we need:
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, scope and quote engagements, deliver our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including know-your-client and anti-money-laundering checks), maintain proper records, and improve the quality of our work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
This website uses a small number of cookies and analytics tools to keep the site functional and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
We share personal information only on a need-to-know basis with our partners and staff, with regulators where lawfully required, and with vetted technology providers (cloud hosting, accounting and payroll software, secure file transfer, identity verification, and AI tools assessed under the standards in our PDPA Notice). All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Some service providers store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we ensure that the receiving organisation provides a standard of protection comparable to Singapore's PDPA, in accordance with Section 26 of the PDPA and the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021.
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards — including access controls, encryption, multi-factor authentication, vendor risk assessments, and staff training — to protect personal information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to deliver our services and to satisfy our legal, regulatory, and professional record-keeping obligations — typically a minimum of five years for accounting and tax records, and longer where specifically required (for example, for anti-money-laundering).
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission. The full mechanics — including how to make a request and our response timelines — are set out in our PDPA Notice.
This website and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except where strictly required for an engagement (for example, payroll administration involving an employee's dependants), and only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend that you read their policies before sharing personal information with them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
