Wayne co-founded Steadbook Advisory LLP after starting his career as a data analyst, then moving into audit at Ernst & Young. That combination — quantitative grounding paired with Big Four audit training — shapes how he runs client work today. He has over a decade of experience in the professional services industry and a working knowledge of the Singapore business landscape that informs every engagement he leads.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Accountancy, is an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser. Wayne is also formally trained in Generative AI for Automation and Productivity.
Wai Jif is an experienced and accomplished professional in the accounting and finance field, known for providing expert financial guidance and streamlining accounting processes. He started his career as an external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, with experience ranging from midsize enterprises to public companies.
